HR Coordinator/Assistant - Radiology
Education Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Requirements
Consideration for the Human Resources Coordinator position requires the following:
- 1-3 years human resources experience, including, but not limited to, experience in recruitment, leave management, and licensure/certification management
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) at all levels of the organization
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software applications
Consideration for the Human Resources Associate position requires the following:
- 6 months of human resources experience (within last 3 years), preferably with recruitment/talent acquisition responsibilities
- Demonstrated customer relations skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software applications
Desirable Qualifications Requirements
Consideration for the Human Resources Coordinator position prefers the following:
- Knowledge of current human resource principles, practices and processes, and current federal and state laws, statues, regulations, and policies pertaining to human resources
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM HR professional education and/or certification
- Experience working in an academic medical setting or hospital
- Prior experience utilizing an HR Information System
Consideration for the Human Resources Associate position prefers the following:
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Ability to be organized, flexible and multi-task in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting human resources
Working knowledge of and experience with HR systems (e.g. HRIS, HRMS, payroll, etc.).
