Required Education and Experience:

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, human resources, organizational development, psychology, instructional design, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
  • Ability to have a deep understanding of talent and culture principles and practices, particularly in the areas of respective talent program team (performance management, assessments, talent strategy and culture, leadership development, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and projects, and act as a solution-oriented leader
  • Strong project and program design capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong consultative, project management, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in a healthcare environment demonstrating a broad understanding of the human resources issues related to the health care industry preferred. 
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • Experience in curriculum design and instruction preferred.
  • Experience in a large academic or complex health system preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
