Director, Strategic Implementation & Deployment
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration, project management, industrial engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5+ years of related, progressively responsible experience in health care leadership or in a consulting/advisory capacity.
- Experience successfully leading and supervising teams.
- Advanced skills in project management, operations change management, and/or large-scale consulting to complex organizations across a range of industries.
- Outstanding project management skills with the ability to lead strategic initiatives, manage multiple complex work streams, provide effective solutions and manage the necessary resources to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Ability to translate complex data/information into simple, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience working with and managing relationships with senior level administration or leaders and ability to influence and motivate organizational constituencies to achieve outcomes and change.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a complex, multi-constituency organization.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Ability to communicate complex information to all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and computer software applications.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired
- Experience managing strategic deployment in an academic medical center, multi-hospital system or other large, complex business environment
- Experience leading system wide improvement or change management projects
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Operational and/or financial management experience in an academic health care setting.
