Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and a minimum of three (3) years of experience

Required Experience:

  •  2-3 years of related Construction project management experience
  • 1-3 years of Project Budgeting experience
  • Excellent Communication skills including communicating effectively with all levels of a public institution including knowledge and skill in the techniques of relationship and team building.
  • 1-3 Years of planning and organizing of construction projects which includes identifying daily goals, developing contingency plans, tracking and documenting of project process and the ability manage multiple competing priorities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-3 Years of experience managing off-site properties and conducting property management functions in a highly complex fast paced environment
  •  1-3 years of experience in a Healthcare Field which includes knowledge of healthcare construction practices, the impact of government and regulatory issues on healthcare construction, and an understanding of life safety and interim infection control practices. 
  •  1-3 Years of experience using MS Office products in the completion of construction projects.
