Enterprise Analytics Team Lead
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Typically, 5-7 years of experience with Epic reporting tools and content experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL with ability to write complex queries and performance tune.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audience
- Professional experience working effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with Python, R
- Experience working with any BI application, such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, or other related tools/application.
- Experience in recognizing business problems, conceptualizing, recommending, and developing solutions.
- Master’s degree preferred.
