Education Required

  • A master’s degree in the field of Arts Administration, Business Administration, Creative Writing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  

Required Qualifications

  • Considerable (3-5 years) program management experience is required.  
  • Administrative and supervisory experience is required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. 
  • Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards. 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of University of Iowa policies, procedures and regulations is highly desired. 
  • Project management experience. 
  • Experience in successful grant writing. 
  • Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment.
