Facility Maintenance Coordinator
Qualifications:
Education or Equivalency Required
A Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required Qualifications
· Typically 1-3 years of practical experience with facilities maintenance and repairs.
· Evidence of strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed customer service needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
· Demonstrate the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and civil manner and utilize existing resources and learning to achieve or exceed desired outcomes of current and future organizational goals and needs.
· Possession of a valid state or commercial driver's license, and the ability to meet University Fleet Safety Standards.
Desirable Qualifications
• Background in industrial maintenance.
