Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- One year experience as a Food Service Coordinator I or comparable experience in food distribution.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working with a diverse workforce.
- Experience working with an inventory management system such as C-Bord.
- Experience hiring, training and evaluating employees.
- Experience in cost control and preparing basic financial reports.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail and/or food service environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with cash handling procedure and/or point of sale systems.
- Experience with timekeeping and payroll processes and procedures.
- Experience with product promotion and marketing.
- Interest in and ability to learn basic computer and keyboarding skills; including the ability to access and draft email correspondence, and the ability to manage electronic time accruals and personal absence requests. Previous experience is highly desired.
