Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience is required. 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to demonstrate positive interpersonal skills and participate as a member of a team environment.
  • Demonstrated working competency using Microsoft Office Programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated careful attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and effectively, proactively establish priorities and meet deadlines, and solve problems independently and creatively. 

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of University Policies, procedures and regulations is highly desirable.  
  • Some (6 months to 1 year) administrative experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with graduate students or programs.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
