Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 1 year related administrative and program experience
  • Experience working in an academic department/program or a student support environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in computer software applications 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a “team based” environment.
  • Some knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Experience working with or advising graduate students
