Minimum Classification Eligibility Requirements:
- Four years of library work experience, or
- A combination of related work experience, undergraduate education, and/or post-high school library training totaling five years.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and public service skills.
- Experience working in an academic environment.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to handle shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
- Experience with technological hardware (copier/scanner/printer) and software such as Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Knowledge of University and Libraries policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with others and in groups and/or team settings.
- Experience with library software applications such as Ex Libris Alma, WordPress or SpringShare.
- Familiarity with library databases or discovery tools, such as InfoHawk+ or PubMed.

Starting salary minimum of Merit pay level 12 is $44,241.60.
