Health Care Services Manager/Assistant Department Director - Perioperative Services
Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a business or other related field or equivalent years of experience.
- 3 years of experience in progressively advanced health care financial, operational, or analysis roles.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, financial management, and budgeting.
- Competency in complex financial and statistical analysis and ability to consolidate information into clear analysis and narrative/presentation formats.
- Experience developing high performing flexible workforce including monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Professional job-related experience fostering or promoting a welcoming and respectful work/academic environment where people of all backgrounds and perspectives feel welcomed and appreciated; or demonstrated the ability to do so
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in computer software applications.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of computer processing and database query languages.
- Previous experience with Epic electronic medical record software.
- Previous experience working in a large academic medical center or large complex health care organization.
