Health Care Services Supervisor/Assistant Manager
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a healthcare and/or business management related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting, working collaboratively in a team environment with leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience as a change agent, implementing new processes and/or programs in a healthcare setting
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations
- Experience with process improvement in a healthcare environment
- Experience with Epic or other Electronic Medical Record system
- Supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff
