Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Communications, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related human resources experience.
  • Administrative office experience (typically 6 months or more) specifically working with data entry, data management, transaction systems, and/or closely related systems.
  • Commitment to and alignment with the values of the Division of Student Life, including a demonstrated active commitment to leading and guiding others in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and to meet or exceed customer service needs.
  • Basic proficiency in the use of typical office software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office), and HR systems.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Working experience with HR Information Systems (including data entry and/or running reports and queries), and/or timekeeping systems.
  • Working knowledge of UI policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting human resources practices.
