HR Associate - Environmental Services
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience performing human resources duties
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups of people
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software applications
Desirable Qualifications
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting human resources
- Knowledge of University policies and procedures
- Ability to be organized, flexible, and multi-task in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- HR certification (PHR/SHRM)
- Experience developing training programs and presenting
- Experience with payroll systems and processes
