HR Coordinator - Information Technology Services
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in HR (typically 6 months or more) specifically working with data entry, data management, transaction systems, and/or closely related.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and to meet or exceed customer service needs.
- Basic proficiency in the use of typical office software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office) and HR systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- Working experience with HR Information Systems (including data entry and/or running reports and queries), and/or timekeeping systems.
- Working knowledge of current federal and state regulations impacting HR.
- Experience consulting with managers on a wide range of HR issues, recommending actions, and influencing change.
- PHR or SPHR Certification or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification.
