IMU AV Specialist
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work experience (typically 1-3 years) with event management processes and activities; ability to plan, organize and execute events and to coordinate resources before, during and after an event
Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
Ability to calmly assess and resolve issues, handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and make constructive and informed decisions.
Work experience using standard office computer applications, i.e., email and MSOffice
Extensive experience setting up, programming, and operating analogue and digital sound boards and lighting consoles for large events
Basic knowledge and ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience using event management software (such as Event Management Systems, Mazevo), Microsoft Visio, Extron control systems
Basic experience with audio and lighting installations
Knowledge of and ability to use tools and techniques to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from an emergency
Familiarity with gaming software and hardware.
