Required Qualifications:

·         A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy is required.

·         Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required.

·         A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills is required.

·         Demonstrated leadership abilities.

·         Demonstrated experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.

·         Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Qualifications:

·         3-5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist.

·         3-5 years of experience in an inpatient setting.
