Instructional Serv Coordinator
Education Required: A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Experience Required:
• Demonstrates (6 months to 1-year) working experience in
providing customer service to diverse individuals with patience and
flexibility.
- Demonstrates working experience with desktop tools; including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (working proficiency).
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively transmit, receive and interpret ideas and information through appropriate communication methods and behaviors with faculty, graduate students, staff, and outside constituencies.
- Demonstrates careful attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizations skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced checkout environment.
Experience Highly Desired:
- Working experience in use of inventory control server-based systems.
- Highly desirable to have interests in film/TV, audio, digital media or engineering technology.
- Knowledge and interest of equipment used in photography, television, video, and/or audio recording, as well as computer software applications (Premiere, Final Cut, Avid/ProTools).
Experience Desired:
- Knowledge of academic resources and University systems (e.g. MAUI and MyUI) working proficiency.
