Instructional Services Manager
Educational Requirements:
Masters in Health Sciences Education, Higher Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in higher education (healthcare education preferred)
- Demonstrated success in education
- Proficiency in using relevant office and educational software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal skills, including an aptitude for listening and the capacity to educate through both written and verbal communications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in teamwork and coordination as part of a dynamic, diverse, collegial team
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success with online teaching and learning
- Experience with medical education accreditation processes (e.g. LCME, ACGME)
- Experience with healthcare education
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau)
