Instructional Services Specialist
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of education and experience.
At least 1 year of related administrative, supervisory and program development experience..
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience in computer software/database applications is required to support unit operations.
Enjoy working with students and as a member of a team.
The successful candidate must have a demonstrated evidence of a commitment to diversity in the educational community.
Desirable Qualifications:
A Master's degree or equivalent education and experience.
Experience supporting curriculum delivery, simulation and academic assessment in a university setting.
Technical competencies in Instructional Services administration, academic assessment, instructional development, curriculum design and effective communication.

This position is eligible to participate in remote work after an orientation/onboarding period. Remote work must be performed at a location within the state of Iowa. Successful candidates who participate in remote work must comply with requirements of the remote work program and related policies. Work arrangement options will be discussed during the hiring process. Limited to one day per week (dependent on supervisor approval and work responsibilities).
