Education Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in graphic design software and tools commonly used in the industry.   

  • Experience with the technical aspects of media and design equipment and processes, including large format printers, laser printers, garment printers, etc.    

  • Experience in ordering, maintaining, and troubleshooting supplies and equipment related to media and design.   

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.   

  • Strong communication skills   

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field such as Graphic Design.   

  • Experience working in an academic or educational setting  

  • Experience presenting demonstrations and instructions on using equipment and processes to faculty, students, and other stakeholders.  

  • Experience in curriculum development or instructional design.   

  • Experience providing technical support and consulting services to faculty and students   

  • Demonstrated ability to change technologies and environments  

  • Experience supervising and providing guidance to student employees
