Instructional Services Specialist - Media & Design - School of Art & Art History
Education Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Required Qualifications:
-
Strong knowledge and proficiency in graphic design software and tools commonly used in the industry.
-
Experience with the technical aspects of media and design equipment and processes, including large format printers, laser printers, garment printers, etc.
-
Experience in ordering, maintaining, and troubleshooting supplies and equipment related to media and design.
-
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field such as Graphic Design.

Experience working in an academic or educational setting
-
Experience presenting demonstrations and instructions on using equipment and processes to faculty, students, and other stakeholders.
-
Experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
-
Experience providing technical support and consulting services to faculty and students
-
Demonstrated ability to change technologies and environments
-
Experience supervising and providing guidance to student employees
