Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Typically 1-3 years of project management experience working on small, medium, and/or large projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to develop and foster positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, transforming technical and business requirements into solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effective, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and project team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as MS Teams, JIRA, MIRO, Zoom.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Background managing projects in an information technology environment highly desired.
  • Knowledge of established Project Management methodology, processes, procedures, tools and techniques highly desired.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or equivalent highly desired.
  • PMP certification or working towards PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with writing requirements, documenting workflow and other business process management activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, TeamDynamix or other Portfolio and Project management software.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects within outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Experience developing and reporting on key performance indicators and project metrics.
  • Experience with process improvement.
  • Adaptability to new technologies.
