IT Support Analyst - Pathology Informatics
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or MIS, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting workstations running Windows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to move and transport computer equipment up to 50 pounds.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Six months or more experience providing technical support for desktop/laptop computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Experience working with or an understanding of informatics.
- Ability to work and gain relevant additional knowledge and skills in a self-directed manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of macOS and Linux/Unix Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and bash.
- Experience providing technical training.
