Learning Experience & Technology Specialist
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, expertise, and experience, in one of the following areas: instructional design, learning experience design, educational technology, information science, applied arts, or a related discipline.
- Typically, 1-3 years of experience designing, developing, or supporting workplace learning experiences, learning technologies, or digital learning resources.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience using learning management systems, digital learning platforms, content management systems, or similar technologies.
- Experience consulting with, supporting, or providing guidance to stakeholders, customers, or end users.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Ability to use and learn learning technologies, digital platforms, and emerging AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to design technical solutions in accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, Level AA.
- Strong communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills.
