Lung Cancer Screening Specialist, 50% effort
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working in customer service.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a cooperative team member.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including demonstrated experience in using email and using the internet for conducting research and locating resources.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues related to patient concerns or scheduling changes.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in EPIC.
- Working knowledge of Radiology and/or Pulmonary Nursing.
- Working experience coordinating between different departments.
- Knowledge of University of Iowa Policies and Procedures.
