Manager, Clinical Operations
Required
- Master’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of related business or operational management experience, including experience interacting with executive leadership.
- Experience with data analysis, budget management, and/or cost analysis.
- Ability to collaboratively work on large, complex projects and in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with computer applications and software programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment working effectively in a welcoming and respectful workplace environment.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage time.
Desired
- Experience using and extracting data and reports from an electronic medical record (EMR) system, such as EPIC
- Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of systems, policies, and procedures at University of Iowa and University of Iowa Health Care.
