Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Cinema, Broadcasting, Journalism, or related fields (Communication Studies, Film Studies, Television Production, Media Design, etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience creating marketing communications video or photo content for an organization
- Expert proficiency in key facets of visual production, either a strong history in photography or videography.
- Experience supervising professional photographers or videographers and leading team-based projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing efficiently, and delivering content under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work occasional weekend, early morning, and night productions.
Desired
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with both photography and videography.
- Experience with live events, including but not limited to livestreaming and day-of news and event coverage.
- Hands-on experience (producing, shooting, and/or editing) in broadcast-level media production
