Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Required Qualifications  
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in creating original correspondence, editing, and proof reading internal and external communications.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.  
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and accurately complete tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience supporting educational programs. 
Knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations.
Knowledge of clinical scheduling and coordination of patient activities.
Previous experience with an Electronic Medical Record system or with EPIC.
