Neurosurgery Clinic - Clinic Services Coordinator
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supervising clinical and/or non-clinical staff.
- 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a clinical setting, working collaboratively in a team environment with leadership responsibilities.
- 1 year experience in a medical/clinic setting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills
- Experience as a change agent, implementing new processes and/or programs, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Experience with leading a clinical support team.
- Experience with providing budget recommendations and/or managing expenses.
- Experience with EPIC/EHR.
- Knowledge of clinical scheduling and coordination of patient activities.
- Experience with Cadence or other clinical scheduling software.
- Proficiency in computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of principles of Human Resource practices including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and labor relations.
- Experience with customer services assessments.
