Nurse Clinician - Pediatric Nephrology
· Current license to practice nursing in Iowa is required by date of hire.
· Reasonable years (1-3 years) recent experience in Pediatric Nephrology is required.
· Experience with divisional or unit based educational activities including effective teaching skills for staff and patient experience.
· Ability to be self-directed and work independently.
· Excellent organizational skills. · Demonstrates leadership abilities.Desirable Qualifications includes:
· A Master's degree in Nursing or similar/related field is highly desired.· Involvement in professional organizations.· Experience with development and implementation of EBP standards.
·Experience with quality management
