Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public affairs, communications, event management, higher education, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, communications, operations, or events.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing deadlines with accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working in higher education, nonprofit, or public-sector settings.
- Familiarity with institutional communications, project coordination, or community engagement.
- Experience supporting public events, multi-stakeholder projects, or digital content updates.
- Comfort with tracking and reporting engagement metrics and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Experience working with design tools such as Adobe Suite.
- Experience working data and mapping tools such as PowerBI and ArcGIS.
