Required Qualifications:  
•    Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    Minimum of 1 year administrative and program experience.  
•    Minimum of 1 year experience in public speaking, writing, and/or teaching. 
•    Technological proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, and webinar and web conferencing software.
•    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to present to diverse audiences, specifically racially, ethnically, and socioeconomically diverse communities. 
•    An understanding of and commitment to addressing issues of equity, bias, and social determinants and their impact on health in underserved and underrepresented communities.
•    Excellent organizational skills.
•    Must meet the UI Fleet Safety Program driving standards.  

Desired Qualifications:
•    Experience developing organizational partnerships.
•    Experience in the implementation and evaluation of outreach programs.
•    Experience or training with community organizations performing outreach activities, with an emphasis placed
on working with underrepresented populations and the medically underserved.
•    Experience in grant writing and grant submittals.  
•    Knowledge of University of Iowa policies, procedures, and regulations.
