Program Coordinator - CDD (Remote eligible w/in Iowa)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (social services, education, health field, psychology, public health or related human services field), or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience working with program evaluation and process improvement functions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including experience or capacity to demonstrate positive interpersonal skills and lead work teams.
- Excellent written communication skills and experience writing technical documents.
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Demonstrated competency and experience using Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule when required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, public health, or related field highly desirable.
- Experience developing training curriculum and/or instructional design.
- Knowledge of behavioral health focused evidence-based practices including, but not limited to, Assertive Community Treatment, Individual Placement and Support, Suicide Prevention and Crisis.
