Quality Improvement Administrator
Education Requirement
- Master’s Degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent education and experience in healthcare outcomes and performance improvement initiatives/techniques or related experience (which may include clinical care).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality improvement, including consultation or experience in process or rapid cycle improvement, systems thinking concepts, team facilitation, performance measurements and/or stratification of data.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and various databases.
- Experience managing complex information with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to take action on quality issues while challenging existing systems.
- A valid driver’s license, plus the ability to meet and maintain compliance with the University Driving Policy.
- Expertise in quality improvement concepts, such as Six Sigma Green or Black-belt.
- Content expertise in a pharmacy-related field.
