Quality & Operation Improvement Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Experience, typically 1-3 years, in the following:
- Documentation and change control according to Good Manufacturing Processes or similar regulations
- Performing quality assurance/quality control functions, auditing and/or process improvement
- Written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs through appropriate communication methods and behaviors
- Commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment; ability to effectively interact with a variety of people in a team environment
- High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis using Empower
- Microsoft Word and Excel or comparable software
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
• Knowledge and/or experience, typically 1 year, in:
- United States Pharmacopeia and European Pharmacopeia training
- Trend analysis
- Microsoft Access database or other relational database
