Research Assistant - Bioinformatics - Microbiology and Immunology (Haim Lab)
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry or Biology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with next generation sequencing data
- Experience in gathering, recording and analyzing large-scale sequence data.
- Excellent coding skills in Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in data analysis and presentation software, such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience in processing and analysis of RNA-seq data.
- Prior experience in use of machine learning tools.
