Research Assistant - Ophthalmology (Kuehn Lab)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience in clinical data analysis and machine learning (e.g., XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, SHAP).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data pipelines and model interpretability.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in a clinical or research setting.
- Familiarity with veterinary ophthalmology and diagnostic workflows
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of chromatic pupil light reflex testing and electroretinography.
- Background in biomechanics or pose estimation for animal movement analysis.
