Research Associate
Required Qualification
A Master’s degree in public health, health services, healthcare administration or social science research or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Experience in working with research data and the ability to clean, format, and manage datasets.
Experience developing human subject IRB applications, protocols, and/or data collection instruments.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience writing progress reports, manuscripts and creating figures/charts for publication.
Expert working knowledge of word processing (Word) and working knowledge of database management (Microsoft Access, Qualtrics), spreadsheet (Excel), and presentation software (PowerPoint).
Demonstrated success in writing reports, research manuscripts and/or presenting at conferences.
Desirable Qualification
Experience with design, publishing, and/or visualization software programs (e.g., Publisher, Canva, Tableau)
Relevant experience or subject matter knowledge of cancer prevention and control and/or rural health.
