Research Specialist - ICTS Engagement, Integration, and Implementation Core
Required Qualifications
· A Master’s degree in anthropology, sociology, health services research or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
· A minimum of three years related research experience designing, coordinating, and supporting data collection activities, including instrument development, data processing, and data dissemination is required.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
· Experience with qualitative research methods, interviewing, observing participants, conducting focus groups; developing interview guides is required.
· Experience utilizing qualitative software and performing thematic content analysis is required.
· Experience assisting with writing and editing for grant proposals, research briefs, and other documents is required.
· Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet and maintain University Driving Policy standards.
Desirable Qualifications
· Experience working at an academical medical institution or the VA healthcare system is desirable.
