Research Specialist - ICTS Engagement, Integration & Implementation Core
- A Master’s degree in anthropology, sociology, or other social or behavioral science field; health services research; public health; or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and research experience is required.
- 3 years of related research experience designing, coordinating, and supporting qualitative data collection activities, including instrument development, data processing, and data dissemination is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working on interdisciplinary teams to design and implement research, quality improvement, evaluation, and implementation projects.
- Experience with qualitative research methods, interviewing, observing participants, conducting focus groups, and developing interview guides.
- Experience utilizing qualitative software and performing thematic content analysis.
- Experience assisting with writing and editing for grant proposals research briefs, and other documents.
- A Doctoral degree in anthropology, health services research, or a related field.
- Experience working at an academic medical institution or the large, integrated healthcare system is desirable.
