Education or Equivalency Required

  • A Master’s degree in Health Promotion Management, Public Health, Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Extensive (7-10 years) experience in health and well-being management that includes a combination of strategy and execution.   
  • Extensive level of skill and experience demonstrated in administrative, supervisory, program development and program evaluation required. 
  • Administration and delivery of integrated health management program elements. 
  • Experience in population health, data management, and outcomes analysis typically demonstrated through work experience.  
  • Extensive understanding of Microsoft Office products, social media and web-based tools for content delivery, and communication. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, applicable federal and state laws, and associated regulations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence through diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

 

Desirable Qualification  

  • CHES/MCHES or Health Coaching certification
