Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of Organizational Learning and Development: processes, issues and considerations
  • Experience (typically 3-5 years) creating, implementing, and assessing training
  • Experience working with subject matter experts designing custom training content
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to deliver learner-centered training courses and presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as evidenced by a working experience in communication and relationship building skills that support working with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
  • Demonstrates working experience in producing documents that are clear and well-presented and adapt writing to different audiences and uses various techniques to disseminate and gather information
  • Demonstrates proficiency working experience with Microsoft Office products

Desirable Qualifications

  • Demonstrates working experience in the use of data gathering tools and techniques, as well as preparing data for utilization by departments, units or individuals
  • Experience (typically 3-5 years) creating, implementing, and assessing training
