Required Qualifications:

              Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

              Typically requires 3 years relevant program management experience to include conflict resolution.

              Extensive knowledge of electronic oral health information system (preferably AxiUm).

              Developed knowledge, understanding, and adherence to HIPAA.

              Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

              Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, analytical, and group communication skills working in a multi-cultural environment.

 

HIGHLY Desirable:

              Previous experience with implant coordination (preferably dental).

              Previous experience developing and delivering training materials, including videos and manuals.

              Quality assurance experience including active conflict management/resolution experience.

              Proven expertise in financial management, including oversight and administration of grant program funds.

 

Desirable:

              Experience reviewing/utilizing data trends/patterns to inform policy and practice improvements.
