Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Experience (typically minimum of 6 mo-1 year) recruiting/talent acquisition role, involving full-cycle recruitment responsibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing, candidate development or contract recruiting in professional services, higher education, corporate or a recruiting agency environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking solutions (ATS/CMS tools), online sourcing and research tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and task oriented.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including polished phone, oral presentation, email and social media etiquette.
  • Demonstrated experience with or commitment to diversity in the work or academic environment.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience beyond 1 year recruiting/talent acquisition role, involving full-cycle recruitment responsibility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action policies.
  • Previous experience sourcing and recruiting underrepresented candidates.
  • Professional certification in human resources.
