Trainer and Organizational Consultant
Required Qualifications:
- Education Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline and 3-5 years of HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a focus on training development and delivery and/or organizational development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skills consulting with supervisors and leaders on organizational effectiveness and change management and/or HR.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and delivering professional development training sessions and programs to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to interpret data and feedback to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning.
- Knowledge of current trends, tools, and best practices in employee training and professional development.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, or related field.
- Experience working in a higher education environment
