Minimum of one year of experience in human resources with recruitment responsibilities.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an applicant tracking system.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience with commitment to providing excellent and timely customer service.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment (high volume recruiting is highly desirable).

Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software applications.
- Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards.
Desirable Qualifications

Prior experience in a large, complex organization.
- Prior experience with high-volume recruitment.

Ability to be organized, flexible and multi-task in a high volume and fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of University policies, procedures and HR systems.
