Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as health communications, health promotion, public health, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Typical relevant experience 1-3 years. 
  • Worksite health/well-being program experience or knowledge; can include human resources or outreach/engagement work. Typical experience is 1 -3 years. 
  • 1-3 years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.  
  • Experience in various digital/online applications to engage users and communicate with them 
  • Experience working with diverse work groups 
  • Must be able to move display equipment and program materials weighing up to 20 lbs across campus for various event needs.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • The ability to work flexible hours, which include occasional nights and weekends

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Three or more years of well-being program experience is highly desired. 
  • Experience developing and/or monitoring project or program budget(s).  
  • Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or other wellness credentials, degrees, certifications  
  • Ability to navigate or learn to optimize technology platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
