Education Requirement
·
Requires
a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Experience Required
·
At
least 6 months of professional business office experience.
·
Experience
with academic program support and student services in a higher education
environment.
·
Excellent
written and oral communication skills.
·
At
least 6 months experience working with procurement policies.
·
Working
experience with spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software.
·
Ability
to travel for program-sponsored events. Must meet UI fleet safety standards.
Desirable
Qualifications
·
Admissions,
marketing, social media, or recruitment experience.
·
Knowledge
of University policies, procedures and regulations.
·
Experience
with MAUI, Excel and Centralized Application Systems (CAS).
·
Experience
with UI workflow, Protrav, and E-Pro.
