Education or combination of equivalent education and relevant work experience required:

Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Educational Leadership, or a closely-related field

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with and knowledge of operations and application of academic standards and policies
  • Ability to coordinate effective learning experiences
  • A minimum of three full-time years experience as a school or University administrator or educator
  • Evidence of fostering inclusive and equitable environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to advance and implement new ideas
  • Experience with program management and assessment
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to  meet  and maintain the University Driving Policy requirements
  • Demonstrated success teaching graduate and/or professional students
 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A terminal degree in Higher Education, Educational Leadership, or closely related area
  • Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated success developing graduate and/or professional curricula
  • Demonstrated success teaching in online contexts
