Education or combination of equivalent education and relevant work experience required:
Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Educational
Leadership, or a closely-related field
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with and knowledge of operations and application of academic standards and policies
- Ability to coordinate effective learning experiences
- A minimum of three full-time years experience as a school or University administrator or educator
- Evidence of fostering inclusive and equitable environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to advance and implement new ideas
- Experience with program management and assessment
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet and maintain the University Driving Policy requirements
- Demonstrated success teaching graduate and/or professional students
Desirable
Qualifications:
- A terminal degree in Higher Education, Educational Leadership, or closely related area
- Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures
- Demonstrated success developing graduate and/or professional curricula
- Demonstrated success teaching in online contexts
